This year’s theme is raising awareness around the application of the death penalty for drug-related offences.
This day is recognised globally as a reminder of the inhumanity of the death penalty from sentence to execution.

Philip Ruddock, former Attorney-General, member for Berowra and long-time Parliamentary campaigner against the death penalty
