Supreme Court fails to take up question of Racism in Oklahoma’s Use of the Death Penalty

The Supreme Court refused to grant a review to Julius Jones and Tremaine Wood, two Afro-American men sentenced to die in Oklahoma despite study showing that a person was three times more likely to receive the death penalty if the victim was white:
