Good News from the Saudis but Caution recommended

The Saudi government has announced reforms in the area of the death penalty and capital punishment: https://news.yahoo.com/activists-cautious-saudi-floggings-death-penalty-reforms-165550308.html.

The reform are said to abolish capital punishment for minors and to get rid of court ordered floggings.
