Bali trio on execution list despite forthcoming legal appeal

THREE members of the Bali Nine have been placed on an Indonesian execution list, with authorities insisting no mercy will be shown.

Convicted drug traffickers Andrew Chan, 24, Myuran Sukumaran, 27 and Scott Rush, 22, are on a list of 92 death row convicts who the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office insist will be put to death.

The trio are facing the death penalty for their roles in an ill-fated attempt to smuggle 8kg of heroin from Bali to Australia in 2005.

“The death sentences of the 92 convicts have been declared legally binding and are pending administrative procedures (before they are carried out),” assistant attorney general Abdul Hakim Ritonga told the Jakarta Post.

I do not belive in the death penalty ! god gave us all life ,and even when people have done wrong ! why Kill ? what will that accomplish ?us mothers do not make our children to be put to death! ! ! we carry them for 9 months, we know them before they are born, Scott is a good person we have all done wrong in our young lives ! and you can not say you havent ! if it was your child you would stand up just like Mr and Mrs Rush ,they have giving there lives for there sons and others! save our Australian prisoners ! I would dearly love to see them ( All ) come home they have paid for the crime ! ! !can you imagine the fear of death every day ! think about that no peace from death !!! god please help , and may all the Angels surround them and Keep them all safe Regards Leeann
