democrats Urge Biden and Garland to stop seeking the death penalty

Democrats in the Senate and House of Representatives have written to US Attorney-General, Merrick Garland, urging the Biden administration to stop seeking the death penalty in Federal cases. This comes after former President’s killing spree of executions in 2020 and the beginning of 2021, the stay on executions put in place by Biden and the review of the death penalty ordered by Garland in July: https://www.forbes.com/sites/joewalsh/2021/08/09/democrats-urge-biden-administration-to-stop-seeking-death-penalty/
